A complete vegetarian enzyme formula including gluten and dairy enzymes GI Digest is a comprehensive digestive enzyme formula containing all the necessary digestive enzymes including dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV), lactase and alpha-galactosidase that assist in the proper digestion of proteins, fats, starch, dairy, and gluten.
