Information We Collect.

This policy covers how we treat information that we collect and receive, including information you provide to us and information collected automatically through your use of the Site.

Information Provided By You. The information we collect on or through the Site may include:

  • The Site's registration forms require users to give us certain information, like name, business name, business contact information, address, e-mail, and phone number, professional designations, and professional credentials. Information from registration forms is used to set up and administer your account, ship your purchases, and provide you with information about our company.
  • The Site uses order forms for users to request information, products, and services. We collect certain contact and financial information in order to process orders, ship products, maintain records, and provide information about our company.
  • Unique identifiers (like Customer ID and password) are collected from Site users to verify the user's identity, and for use as account numbers in our record system.
  • Our online surveys ask users for contact information (like e-mail address). Contact information from the surveys is used to improve our services and to provide information about our company. Your contact information may also be used to send promotional material from some of our partners and to get in touch with you when necessary.
  • If you contact us, we keep records and copies of your correspondence including your contact information in order to process, evaluate, and respond to your request.
  • For promotions and sweepstakes, we collect certain contact information for administration purposes.

Automatically Collected Information. We may automatically receive and record information from you when you interact with the Site, including details of your visits, traffic data, Site features and pages viewed, search queries, your IP address, general demographic information, software and hardware attributes, unique device identifiers, browser type, Site crashes, clickstream behavior (including, for example, the pages you view and the links you click) and other system activity and logs. We use this information to administer and to improve the Site, and to deliver better, more personalized experiences to you.

Cookies. We may set and access cookies on your computer. We may also set and access device identifiers which could include IP address, user information (browser version, operating system type and version), and device provided identifiers. Once you log into the Site, we may recognize your device to provide you with a personalized experience, independent of your device settings. Other companies' use of their cookies and device identifiers is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. We may also use pixel tags/web beacons to access our cookies inside and outside the Site and in connection with our services. We may use analytics service providers such as Google Analytics to collect information about use of the Site to help us analyze use of the Site and how to optimize the Site based on that data. Analytics service providers may also set cookies, which transmit data to the analytics service provider. To learn more about Google Analytics and how to opt out of their tool entirely, please visit the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Please note that blocking cookies may affect the availability and functionality of the Site and other websites.

We may partner with third parties to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partners may use cookies or similar technologies in order to provide you with Fullscript's advertising based on your browsing activities and interests. This permits us to reach people who have previously visited our website and show them relevant advertisements when they visit other sites across the internet in the Google Display Network and Facebook Ads platform. You may be able to opt-out of customized Google Display Network ads by visiting the Ads Preferences Manager. To learn how to opt out of interest-based advertising, visit www.aboutads.info/choices and http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/. When you opt out of receiving interest-based advertisements, this does not mean you will no longer see advertisements from Fullscript. It means that the online ads that you do see will not be tailored for you based on your particular interests. We may still collect information about you for any purpose permitted under this privacy policy, including for analytics.

Publicly Available Sources. We may collect data from publicly available sources and from other companies to help us supplement our records, improve the personalization of our service to you, and prevent or detect fraud.

Our personal information sharing does not include information about individuals we know are under age of 18.

Right to Know. You may have the right to request we disclose the following information:

  • The categories of personal information we collected about you.
  • The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.

  • The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
  • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.

The information requested will be provided in a portable, transferable, and usable format, such as PDF.

Right to Delete. You may have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will delete your personal information from our records unless an exception applies. We may deny your deletion request if an exception applies, such as if the information is necessary to complete the transaction for which the information was collected, detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, identify and repair errors and for various other reasons available under applicable law.

Right to Correct. You may have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain, subject to relevant exceptions. You can always review and edit your personal information by logging into your Fullscript account.

Right of Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you in any way if you choose to exercise your rights under applicable law.

How to Submit Requests. You can submit a request to us by either:

  • Calling us at 1-800-654-4432
  • Sending us an email at [email protected]
  • Chatting with us once you are logged in to your account

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include your first and last name, email address, and mailing address.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information related to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to a total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to your contact address on that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
