Suggested Use:
While CardioVascular can be taken at any time of day, there are a few times that are most effective.

For overall cardiovascular health it can be taken first thing in the morning and can be mixed with PerfectAmino, Reds, Greens, or any other products.

It can also be taken during the day, however taking it in the morning sets us up best for overall energy, mood, focus and health.

It can be taken as a pre-workout to increase performance during the workout and recovery after due to increased blood flow, raised mitochondrial function and reduced homocysteine levels.
