Nitric Oxide Test Strips by Designs for Health are designed to help individuals maintain optimal nitric oxide (NO) status required for cardiovascular health, immune health, athletic performance, muscular function, and healthy aging. These test strips easily and quickly monitor the two requirements needed to promote a major pathway of NO production – sufficient intake of nitrate-rich foods (such as beets, black garlic, and leafy greens) or NO-supportive supplements, and the presence of oral nitrate-reducing friendly bacteria or probiotics. Based on the results, dietary and lifestyle factors can be modified to support optimal NO production.

At least twice a day (once first thing in the morning and another test one to two hours after a nitrate containing supplement or meal). Can be used multiple times a day for hourly or daily monitoring.
